I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the request makes me personally uncomfortable and/or if it breaks any of the points in these terms.

Finished pieces will be sent through VGen, Discord or Email, to keep the quality as best as possible.

I accept payment through PayPal, VGen, Stripe, Ko-fi, Mercado Pago and Prex.

After accepting the request, I will provide one up to five vague concept sketches to start pulishing a base idea (the amount depends on how specific or vague is the initial request). Once the client is content with the concept art, payment is necessary to start working on the base sketch.

Extra characters and creatures have an extra price. Basic props do not add a cost, unless they are enough to set a simple scene.

NSFW art has an extra fee, depending on the content.

I do not work with refunds.

Changes at the beggining sketch phase do not have extra charge. After inking, a high amount or major changes to the lineart/rendering will have an extra charge at the end of the commission (+2-5USD per revision).

The client can request as many WIP images as they please during the process of their commission.

I can work with detailed descriptions, references or vague ideas for illustrations. It depends on the vision of the client, I don't mind working with

Moodboards, palettes or descriptions are required for custom commissions. An overall idea is needed as a base, the finer details can be worked

Minor palette changes may be done during rendering/shading phase for stylistic purposes, making them more vibrant. The client can request for minimum changes to be done.

Commissions can take from one day up to a month (per commission) depending on complexity and other external factors. I will reach out to the client to let them know how long it might take until the commission gets finished.

I work on multiple commissions at the same time, and finish them in order of first response.

Commissions with deadline are prioritized.

Credits to my socials are required when posting the commission art at any phase of it.

Commissions will be used as examples at my personal portafolio, unless the client pays for a NDA, in which the piece will not be shared at any point.

I do not consent for my commissions to be used to feed generative AI or used as NFTs.

My commissions are available for personal use at a base price. For commercial or merchandising purposes there will be added a fee.
